Mix in a clean bucket at low speeds until lump free solution is obtained. The primer can be brushed, rolled or sprayed to achieve an even coat. Apply primer coat to the floor at a rate of 250-300 sq. ft./gallon. WebMaxxon Overspray — 6 parts water to 1 part overspray. Porosity of the floor is a prime factor in the drying rate of adhesives. This porosity factor may reduce the effective adhesive open time. An application of Maxxon Overspray will minimize the porosity factor. Before priming, test the underlayment for dryness.
