I know there's something different from the 650-csr petcock, but I don't recall what. A replacement fuel valve would be cheaper than that kit. A Petcock is used (& should always be used) to set the water flow to urinals flushed by auto-cisterns, it is adjusted by removing the dust cover & inserting a flat bladed screwdriver & turning clock wise to slow the flow & anti-clockwise to increase.

Return petcock valve back to original position and snug large nut to tank (valve has O-ring seal). Replace vacuum hose on petcock valve. Turn petcock valve to on position and bump starter to verify petcock valve is passing gasoline.
